SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products being sold fresh, and the high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns for refund. If any product arrives damaged or unusable due to the shipping process, we must see a picture of said damage and an assessment will be evaluated by our customer service team to determine replacement of product or order refund will be given. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting our customer service team at (605) 484-6742 and explain the nature of the return.
Due to our returns policy, if you are unsure about a fragrance or product please choose a sample size to try first. Most all of our products come in sample sizes.
Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.
Report any problems that have occurred during shipping or questions about a product to our offices within 7 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened. Please retain all outer packaging and product until you contact us with instructions. email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
