DIRECTIONS FOR USE: After cleansing face, apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton ball and gently apply all over the face in upward motions. Allow to dry, and follow with a moisturizer.

I have a gluten allergy and could not find a gluten free toner anywhere! Came across this and I love it! Best gluten free products out there!!!!
