Answers to Common Questions

FRESH:

We manufacture our products in small batches with fresh ingredients to ensure that the end products are fresh. None of our products require special handling or refrigeration but are best used within 3-6 months of purchase.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

Products can be purchased online through our secure shopping cart system 24/7 or emailed any time to our customer service team . When emailing orders, please never include payment information details as we will contact you separately via phone. Looking for a local stockist? LEAD TIMES:

Normal lead times for production is 2-7 days but that time frame can be a little longer during any holiday season. If you are working with a deadline, please make sure to communicate your needs with our office staff.

PAYMENT:

We require prepayment of all orders before products leaves our facility. We accept all major credit cards plus Paypal. Paypal also allows for 6-month credit terms if you are pre-approved through Paypal. We no longer accept COD on any shipment. Company checks are accepted from established companies and orders will be held until the check is cleared through our bank which is normally about 10 days. Any check returned to us for non payment will incur a $30 fee.

SHIPPING:

Orders ship within 2-7 days. If there is any out of stock delay, you will be contacted immediately. Orders ship via UPS Ground or Priority Mail if needed. At the time of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Any questions or special instructions please indicate via the shopping cart notes area. If you need expedited shipping please contact our office and the customer will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.

PACKING MATERIAL:

Our priority is making sure your order arrives safe and sound. Normally we use bio-degradeable starch peanuts but we also will reuse any packing materials we receive from suppliers.

SALES TAX:

We collect Sales Tax of 6.5% on all direct consumer orders shipping within South Dakota (SD) and 6.875% Sales Tax on direct consumer orders shipping to Minnesota (MN).

Data Retention When you place an order through our website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Mailing List Subscriptions Our mailing list requires subscribers to double-opt in. You are welcome to unsubscribe at any time by using the Unsubscribe Link on newsletter email.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products being sold fresh, we can not accept returns unless the product was damaged in shipping. If any product arrives damaged or unusable, we will issue a replacement or store credit depending on the conversation with our customer service team. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting our customer service team at (605) 484-6742 and explain the nature of the return.

Due to our returns policy, if you are unsure about a fragrance or product please choose a sample size to try first. Most all of our products come in sample sizes.

Wholesale cancellation of any order that has not yet been shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on product total.

Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients and due to this unique quality and process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.

Report any problems that have occurred during shipping or questions about a product to our offices within 7 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened. Please retain all outer packaging and product until you contact us with instructions.

SAMPLES:

We offer sample sizes in many of our products or have sample sets available to try before buying the full size. If you are unsure about what product to purchase, please purchase samples first to try.

FREE OF:

We are very particular about what we put into our bodies so it makes sense that we are very particular about what we put on our bodies since the skin absorbs all ingredients. Our products are free of common toxic ingredients plus we are free of gluten, grains, soy, parabens, and SLS (Sodium lauryl sulfate).

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Sometimes gift giving can be overwhelming. That is why Gift Certificates are a great choice and the recipient will experience ease in redeeming their certificate. To purchase, visit our online store and choose from a variety of dollar amounts. Please remember that Gift Certificates are the same as cash, and therefore can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

WHOLESALE:

To receive information about carrying our Body Systems' products, click here to submit your company information including business license number or resale ID number. Once approved, we will provide a wholesale password to log into our wholesale site area.
